Internships

Please be informed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has implemented new regulations regarding the organisation of internships in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in its diplomatic posts, effective May 30, 2011. Now you can apply for:
- internships, if you are a student who has completed three years of higher studies, - post-graduate internships, if you are a graduate of a post-secondary school or a university graduate, - apprenticeships, if you are a post-secondary school student (only in MFA Headquarters), - volunteer work, - traineeship from the Labour Office, if you are an unemployed person registered with the Labour Office.
Persons applying for internships, traineeships or volunteer work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or in a diplomatic post are kindly requested to read the following legislative act:

Please send in complete applications no later than 45 days before the start of the planned internship/volunteer work or traineeship:
If you apply for internship in MFA Headquarters, send it to the address of Centrum Rozwoju Zawodowego MSZ: ul. Bagatela 14, 00 - 585 Warsaw or by e-mail to: elzbieta.nowak@msz.gov.pl
If you apply for internship in diplomatic posts, send it to the postal or e-mail address of the relevant diplomatic post.
Successful applicants who have sent their documents via e-mail, are requested to submit the original application documents no later than on the first day of their internship/traineeship/volunteer work.
